Collection Consultants of California (CCOC) was founded in 1986. President and CEO Matt Logan joined the company in 1987. Under his leadership, CCOC has grown and flourished as a well-respected, successful mid-sized accounts receivable management firm.
CCOC has forged 25+ year relationships with many clients. We strongly believe that our longstanding partnerships are maintained in large part because of our commitment to upholding our clients’ reputations as respectable, compassionate healthcare and business providers within the community. We are continuously focused on the consumer and their experience, while working as an extension of the clients that we serve.
We represent clients both large and small, including some of the largest health systems in the country, professional healthcare groups of all sizes, community hospitals, municipalities, prestigious independent schools, funeral and memorial service providers, as well as private sole proprietor organizations. California Association of Collectors (CAC)
The California Association of Collectors (CAC) is the first organized association of collection professionals in the country and the founding unit of ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals. As the largest state unit of credit and collection professionals CAC provides a platform for its members to unite and better the collection industry in California. From 2009 through 2016, our President and CEO, Matt Logan, served on CAC’s Executive Committee.
ACA International (ACA)
The Association of Credit and Collection Professionals, was founded in 1939. ACA establishes ethical standards, produces a wide variety of products, services and publications, and articulates the value of the credit and collection industry to businesses, policymakers and consumers.
The Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA)
HFMA is the nation's premier membership organization for healthcare finance leaders. At the national, regional, and chapter level, HFMA helps healthcare finance professionals meet the challenges of the modern healthcare environment.
American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM)
AAHAM is the premier professional organization in healthcare administrative management. It is a resource center for information, education and advocacy in the areas of reimbursement, admitting and registration, data management, medical records, patient relations and so much more. Our President and CEO, Matt Logan, serves as a board member for the AAHAM Western Region Chapter.
